More than a Photographer

Tom has been the face of Greenlys Photography for over 20 years following in the steps of his father, Richard, Tom has been a natural storyteller through photography since a young age.

Tom’s presence is defined by intuition and a readiness for anything. Whether fixing a veil, offering a steady hand, producing a spare hair pin at exactly the right moment or gently encouraging a shy child into a smile, he brings a level of care that goes far beyond the camera.

Our Heritage

Founded in 1984 by Richard & Belinda Greenly, Greenlys has been making photographs that stand the test of time for over four decades.

We’ve been invited into historic homes, elegant celebrations and family lives in moments both intimate and grand. Many of the children we first photographed in their early years have returned to us as young adults, at weddings of their own, and now with children of their own.

Today, Greenlys is now run by Richard & Belinda’s son, Tom, who carries forward the values that defined the studio from the start.

Our atelier in Hungerford, Berkshire is the heart of what we do, from photography to bespoke framing and heritage restoration. Our style remains at an incredibly high quality and always with the same focus: to anticipate moments before they unfold, to photograph with presence rather than performance and to produce images that feel authentic.
