How Our Book Reproduction Process Works

Once you get in touch to begin your preservation project, we start with a personal consultation to define your exact requirements, timelines and to outline every stage of the process.

Next, we assess the condition and structure of your book or album to ensure it can be safely handled during digitisation. Each page is then photographed with the highest-quality cameras, carefully colour-corrected to capture every detail accurately. The book or album is digitised in its original order, preserving the sequence and content for long-term security and protection against potential damage.

Once fully digitised, your book can be transformed into new printed editions, stored as a secure digital archive or incorporated into a larger project, such as a bespoke album or curated family history collection.

Throughout the process, your project is handled by our Restoration Manager, who provides expert guidance at every stage and remains your point of contact for any questions or updates.
